But it's understood that to get that particular newbie you're posting in the thread for, you'd cater the invite to them as to be more friendly. :)

I've seen it on other sites. Plus unwritten rules do exist, as well as "it's common sense, it doesn't have to be put down"

But personalization would definitely help make it look less like copypasta spam
