They're okay. I don't like the ones that hold you upside-down. It's painful. There's also a roller-coaster at the amusement park near where I live that I absolutely refuse to get on. It's made of wood, several decades old if I'm not mistaken, and the safety bar doesn't go all the way down for my liking. The first and only time I rode it I was completely terrified because every time the coaster went down hill my butt would levitate out of my seat from the inertia and the safety bar didn't do a very good job of keeping it in the seat. Thank god there aren't any upside-down parts.

Not as far as I know. I stopped drinking milk because it was aggravating my eczema but that's different from lacking enzymes to break down lactose. I do still eat cheese and icecream.
