Every day or so I change it a bit, but only because I don't have many items.
I think once I have more items and become satisfied with my avi, then I won't change it as often.

I like to use the new monthly treasure set so I usually change my avi 2-3 times a month.

Not often at all. My avatar has been kinda Halloween-y for a while because I have a hard time matching the color schemes for items on here.

Pretty randomly. Can change multiple times a day or not for weeks. Depending on the seasons sometimes or my mood. :)
