Once it was a bunch of giggling kids trying to see how many passersby they could score. Once it was a couple on a date trying to blow bubbles for each other, but the wind wasn't cooperating. Once it was a prank by some highschoolers. Once it was the scene of a flashmob. Once it was your cousin, who heard about this and thought it was hilarious and decided to add to it.
It just keeps going.
