well thus I drink tea a lot

just waiting for this tea to cool down in the fridge. And ice to set so I can pop that into the jug with the tea

how was your new year's? did anything? :P

Not really - we stayed home, had a nice dinner by ourselves and I played a lot of pokemon let's go pikachu. I caught a shiny pikachu and a shiny Kleinstein (whatever the english name of that one is...) in one day :D I was joking that the game must be celebrating new year's eve with all the shinies, too :D
And then on midnight we went out on our balcony to watch the fireworks :)

We just watched CSI yesterday. Then I got the kid to bed, and fell asleep and said, heck to the ball drop.

I don't see the point in staying up myself, I go to bed when I want to/am tired, no matter the occassion c':

Well, there's no reason you should stay up unless you want to. I just like watching the fireworks, but then again, I rarely go to bed before midnight, so it's not really staying up specifically for it :D

I tend to go to bed around half past ten :P
