She definetly pays a lot attention to the food we give her, she also doesnt like it if you put it in her mouth, she wants to grab it on her own, and then she carefully nibbles.

I'll actually try just adding more veggies to my pasta. I rarely use the oven (simply because I'm not used to it) but I've seen my friend just use a huge batch of veggies and put them in the oven haha

I think I've done avocado baked with some eggs once? I don't remember exactly, but it wasn't too bad. Not awesome either, never did it again, though ;)

Yeah, just some oven roasted veggies can be nice :)
Or you can do basically the same thing in a pan - fry veggies in batches, mix everything again, season and eat. We've been doing variations of that a lot lately, sometimes throwing in some minced meat as well, sometimes a small amount of pasta, but keeping things veggie-based and light.
