I remember watching the BBC television series as a kid, thought it was a REALLY long movie only later to find out it was a tv series. XD

Ah, I think I know it. Not sure I watched all of it or ever watched it though. I read the books until they fell apart...

I should get myself Narnia. I really liked this series. I'll look for it in my cheap bookstore. But firstly I have to get 6th Harry Potter to have all the books. Well, I have 6th, but it's in English and I want all of the in Polish. They are probably the most damaged of my books
There was tv series? I should look for it than. Can be interesting.

The tv series also did 'Prince Caspian', 'The Dawn Trader', and 'The Silver Chair.' When I watched the Disney 'Prince Caspian' I was kind of disappointed, they added scenes that never happened in the book. So I never even watch 'The Dawn Trader' by Disney. x'D

There were more parts of the book, right? I remember there was something with rings...
I saw only the first movie, I think. I really liked it so I read the books. But than I kinda missed Prince Caspian and eventually forgot about movies. Did they manage to make all the parts? Maybe I'd watch them one day.

There's a total of seven books, I'll list them in order:
"Magician's Nephew" (this one has rings), "The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe," "The Horse And His Boy," "Prince Caspian," "The Voyage of The Dawn Trader," "The Silver Chair," and "The Last Battle."

Miagician's Nephew was first? I think I read him somewhere at the end
I should totally reread them.

The magician's nephew was a prequel written after the rest of the books. I have to say I found the Disney films mediocre for the same reasons as ml... And they ruined the voyage of the dawn treader, which, the more I read is more phenomenal.
They're all pretty amazing. When I was little I loved the horse and his boy... The two Prince Caspian books -- Prince Caspian and the silver chair are great too... :D

So glad I didn't watch Dawn Trader than. XD The first movie was alright, the queen was not scary in the least to me. She's even described in the books as being this highty, screeching and screaming tyrant, which is not depicted in the movie, but is caught wonderfully in the BBC tv series. XD Like, I was pointing out that in comparison I'd be more scared of the BBC White Witch over the Disney White Witch. x'D

Than I really have to watch that BBC version.
I don't think the White Witch had good actress. As far as I remember in Magician's Nephew it was said the she was really beautiful. So... yeah, wrong actress...
