I just burnt my thumb knuckle on a pan while trying to drain the water from my daughter's Mac n Cheese.

I've been having issues sleeping at night. It's annoying because by day time, I'm super sleepy and I have problems staying awake. I've tried not being on my phone or the laptop an hour before bed, drinking more water, and reading. Nothing works. I can't put music on, because I don't usually sleep though it but if I do, my phone battery dies quickly and I need my alarm to get the kiddo up for school. Bleh.
