Her name is Zeralda and she was born with a very boring tail compared to most lady mermaids. She has started a quest in hopes to find something, anything, that could change the tail and make it look beautiful. Her faithful companion Tort keeps her company.

. One is not supposed to be there, and the other is keeping an eye out for anyone suspicious. Will Princess Nimoka get thrown out of the ball, making a scene?! Or will Madame Hyppa XIII Campis let her stay to see what information she can glean from a rival kingdom's noble by sidling up to her in a friendly way?
