Hitting rank 1 is everybody's strategy on this kind of event XD It's good to visit old topics in forums and just click through them, most of the avatars will be rank 1.

I think Frostan is pretty safe as a rank 1, still, too. So you can just go to the announcement OP.

@Popo: Haha, that's right XD I somehow don't have much of them, despite the timezones difference ;P

@Akili: Yeah, but I find that the NPCs tend to avoid your throws no matter your rank, especially after two or 3 successful throws, they just refuse to be hit XD So it's better to switch your target. Or at least that's what I get.

switching between multiple 1 ranks seems like the best strategy imo. Its what I do and I've only missed once so far I think?

The one I haven't been able to hit is Popodoki. I've only missed Frostan once; he's my good luck charm!
