Right now I think we're talking about wild knuffel items and the gamble of raffling for a good one

Whenever your Wild Knuffel (you can adopt them under Knuffel => Wild Knuffel) reach a tenth level, it gives you an item (we call them Wild Knuffel Items).

If you don't like it, you can spend 100 to raffle for a new one.
So it becomes a small gamble.
Sometimes the first one you get is cool, sometimes you find yourself 10000 in dying to get something new

Is there a list of all of the WK items?
I'm sure there are new ones that I haven't even seen yet.

I just go the DAC and search "knuffel". You'll get some knuffel TT sets mixed in but it's really clear to see /o/
