It was! And so tasty as well :) But definitely the kind of combination I would be a little scared to try pulling off myself, unless I'd find a good recipe.

Recently looked through my cooking books and found a few recipes I am going to try out next week.
Some food I can also give my child.

Oh, that sounds nice :)
Cooking so that it's also suitable for a small child is probably a bit more difficult, right? How old is your child? :)

We've made a few dodgy soups in our time too XD Lesson I learned is if it's going to turn up looking a horrible colour, don't do it. For example, don't add green stuff to a tomato-based soup. The colour will be brown or grey and the taste will usually be gross XD

Hahaha, that sounds like a good rule of thumb :D
My takeaway was "don't try to heat up cucumbers, ever" :D

She turns one year next weekend.
You have to take care of seasoning and size of the bites, and stuff like that.
But thats actually pretty good, its close to a diet.
We wont use butter anymore, less salt less pepper.
More veggies and fruits......and so on.

Oh, nice! :)
Sounds like it'll be healthy for the whole family then.
I didn't know toddlers shouldn't have butter, interesting. What's the reason?
I knew about seasoning and that you need to worry about what might be choking hazards for kids. :)

I also really don't like heating up avocadoes D: they get kind of this iron taste which I can't stand.

Nah butter is fine but you can also use rape seed oil, that is pretty good for toddles and not so fat for mom and dad!
Yeah choking is the biggest problem momentarily, although she eats everything with small bites, and if she cant eat or suck it she spits it out.
