I would say it depends how much bored / how much free time I have ^^
During my "busy" period, I can keep the same avatar's clothes for months.When I'm free, I think I can change it every 2 weeks or so.

I think at least once a month... It depends on how much I like the new items, or the current season I suppose

One or two times by month, except in the events where I am more active in changing my avatar

I'm really not on as much as I used to be
so I almost never change my outfit these days :p
I really aught to change it for Halloween at least

My main's like that. I'll change once a day and then if I get a new item I'll change again. So right now with the events I've been changing twice a day usually and then if I happen to buy commons or finish my official quests I'll change it a third or fourth time.
But, again, only on my main.
