lol! I agree with you, Firn, about the thing about how how females can wear male clothes, but men usually can't wear female clothes! 
The avatars look awesome! Gaia does have a great variety, but I love your style! 
(I love these panda emotes btw!)

Yes, there will be items for the hands, that's why the arm + hand is positioned in such an angle.

But making mail clothes is horrible. They look like crap and it's not even fun. I tried to make some that are more suitable for men though....

I agree. D: I fail at making male clothing, and even drawing males. Maybe you could try looking at some of the Gaia clothes for ideas? Iunno.
You could also try some more unisex clothes, kind of like the red jacket. It looks manly, in a way.
(dang, sounds so weird to type "manly" when I usually use it jokingly)
