I got that message too.

I didn't get my item either. :<

Same message, thought at first my mouse screwed up and double clicked, but if others are having it happen, then i doubt that's what happened and i don't see a new item in my inventory either, I sorted by newest first and nothing new appeared.

And I just got the "You already opened this!" message too.

Awww and I was so ready to see the new item too! The first one is always so exciting

same here - the "you already opened this message," but as far as i can tell, nothing new in my account.

Aw. Looks like we're all having trouble with the first item. At least it isn't just me.
