Since so far there are only rank 1 and 2 people, there can only be a one rank difference so far and one rank higher is just a few % more than same rank. The chance of hitting someone of rank 1 when you are rank 2, is just slightly higher than when you are the same rank. It gets easier the bigger the difference. It goes from 50% chance to a 95% chance in small steps with each level difference.

One more tiny thing: the description of the event bear seems to have a typo, it says:
After every 24 hours, gives our 150 Water Points.
I believe it should be "gives you" or "gives out"?

whenever the count gets down to 0 and tells me i can throw another bomb
i have to refresh the site to be able to throw another one..
i often refresh 6 times before it works.

if i dont i click on "throw" and gets a "server error" message..
didnt had this in the beginning but now i have it every little time..which is annoying and eats time..
So i am wondering if the server is overloaded already?XD

Also, it seems that no more than 12 can be get, because my last 20 water bombs were failed and if the game is based in probabilities, it is a bit rare this continuous bad luck.

I am sorry about the server errors. I can't look into this as it's starkad's task and he has gone away, but I honestly doubt there is much he can do about it as our server just has a certain capacity and that's it. He is planning on upgrading to a new server soon, but that won't help us now.

I am sorry, maybe it will get better soon once the novelity of the event wears down. I did not expect the server to have any problems, as this is not an event where you have any benefit from constantly clicking around like with pop up events and even these kind of events did not cause us any problems the last time we had them. So I am surprised that a few users clicking on a button once every minute should cause any problems.

Maybe there is a maximum per hour, or per day, or something else.
