There are definitely more! Search "Fairy" in Dream Avatar Creator. Other than Fairy Dragon Ears, Glass Fairy Wings, Libellula Fairy, Lulu the Fairy and Troth Fairy Dress, the rest are Fairy items that you can get by finding fairies on the site! At least, I think those aren't fairy items...

For sure the troth fairy dress isn't anyhow 
I should go through and update my wishlist with fairy items, there are a lot of beautiful ones, now that Firn's prodded me into going and paying attention to them with the latest update.
