That's true but then again there's still all the other items in the caravan and it's only open a selected amount of times in a month.

awwww that sounds like you guys had a lovely time, yeah my bf LOVES overly spicy things as well, but he knows that it makes my tummy ache if it's too spicy so he dials it down a lot.
I'm so useless with spice a couple of drops makes me sweat. It's terrible.
But your solutions sounds good to me. I could actually go for some Mexican today (even tho mexican food....is spicy --contradictory--)
It is very dull indeed but then again i just sit in front of the TV or watch a video while i hunt. Plus it supplements the posting bcs you could get random pop up just for responding to people.

The thing is, we halved the amount of chili powder the recipe calls for because he only had super spicy chili... and yet it was still super spicy.
I added the ground beef and some water. It's still super spicy but a lot more tolerable.
I can't do that... I get too distracted by one or the other. The only thing I can do while watching something is to eat or drink. And even then, only if there's subtitles because I can't hear the dialogue over the sound of me chewing.
The game prize was taken down and replaced due to lack of interest.

lmao sometimes that happens. One time i added the wrong chili to a soup (cause our family friend was growing like chilies so he gave us some), But the thing is the 2 types of chilies he was growing turn out to look super similar...super similar size and shade of green but one was a hell of a lot spicier then the other.
So i added too many of those thinking it was the other sweeter/spicy chili. Needless to say we were all slurping that soup with a lot of water and bread xD.
Glad your idea worked to make it less spicy! lol.
hahahaha i can relate on the eating and watching something. It's so weird that my own chewing would not let me hear the show  .
i can't eat at all when i'm watching like an anime that's in Japanese and has subtitles bcs it takes so much effort to follow along that i can't eat while i do it.

lol I also got a can of diced tomatoes so I'll add that tonight to up the acidity back. We should have been tasting it but my boyfriend is super weird about tasting food before it's finished... even though he's vegetarian and it's not like he's going to be eating raw meat by tasting things before it's done.
lol that's interesting. Anime is just about the only thing I watch while eating because hearing it isn't going to help me understand what's happening. In fact, hearing it can sometimes distract me because I can pick out words that are similar to Korean words and if the subtitles doesn't match I have to think about it.
