The level of difficulty is rated with an icon of stars, from zero to five, being five the hardest onest. There is no "first quest" since you may choose whatever order you prefer, including these four brand new quests and all the previous ones.
But if your first quest ever was Brute Decoration, by The King, then you have actually started out with one of the hardest (difficulty level 5).
