How did you know, Ama? I've only been thinking about creating one for the past few days! x'D
A magpie usually lives up to around 15 years, Julie, but I'm not sure about a jackdaw. I've always been after magpies and in the process I've neglected jackdaws, because I thought they only look different. But now I've been finding out things like that jackdaws are migrant birds, while magpies stay here in the winter. Turns out they're not really the same in behaviour :o
I didn't know you had a cat by the way!

But as Jackdaws and Magpies are relatives they maybe live the same amount of years..
Really? I've lost a few words about him in Nihal's hangout though.. ;) He counts as seniour already :D I kind of have a bad feeling the last few weeks that I have to make photos and spend much time with him and such..

Still curious what kind of bird it is. It's one of the parrot family, isn't it? Big, small? Budgie, lovebird, cockatoo or more macaw size? :p Sorry for poofing by the way, boyfriend decided to drop by.

Yaay! I always find it fun to learn about other people's birds, maybe they've got something interesting to tell :p
If I'm getting annoying you should just tell me. I have the habit of telling everyone stuff I find out about and they don't always care.
I'm not that much of a bird expert myself though. 
No experience at all except for the canary Shaw which I got last march, Wallace who taught me an awful lesson and now Sully, whom I just hope I'm treating right... ____________________
