Whooo, Gaia. Yeah, I log into Gaia daily. I've been on it since '04, shortly after it was created.

I'm a solid veteran when it comes to the Gaia world, LOL.

My opinion though is, it used to be really great and fun. You know, when it was originally just an "anime-based forum site to chat and make friends", now it's more of a money grabbing site than anything. With their cash idea a while back, threw the whole "Gaian economy" out of whack. 200,000g used to be a lot on there, now it's like dust. The most expensive item I had seen before Cash was the ninja headband, and it was about 300,000g. Right before the Cash boom, it went up to 600,000g. Now items are in the 17 millions. That's retardedly pricey. So I just gave up on the market aspect. Which unfortunately was my favourite.

And plus, the people (generally- there are a lot of wonderful people on there) but it's nowhere near what KofK is. I've been on Kofk for ONE WEEK, and I've been shown more kindness by strangers than any other site. Gaia? Forget it! If you're new, you mind as well give up. :/ Most people treat you terrible if you're not new or a Grammar Nazi. And don't even step foot in the Chatterbox. :mcdead:

I used to. It was pretty fun, and the community was great, but I quit after they just wanted money and started expanding. The community got too big, and the people are pretty terrible now.
KofK's community is pretty nice though.

This reminds me, I need to get around to deleting my account there.

I used to play it when I was younger, got ripped on by a bunch of people who probably did not realize my age and criticized my art WAAAAY beyond what I was used to and scared the heck out of me. Yeah, haven't gone on since then.

Gaia is how I found KofK. They had a shop there for a long time. <3

I still play. And now I"m trying to find a similiar feed and play script so I can open my own shop.

Yes, I found their tutorial, and will give it a try when I got the time. :)

I've been on gaia since '05. I think it's my friends that keep me around. I've met a lot of nice people on gaia...I think it just depends on where you go. If you are on General Discussion...oh boy but Mini Shops has a friendly community. I'm also an item hoarder on there XD and a roleplayer :3

Gaia's general community and piling more and more of that cash shop just ended with me leaving.

Also Gaia isn't a game, it's a social website. Come on, even in Gaia they say that. XD

ive been around gaia since 2004- 2005 but i lost 2 acc due to hackers so my current acc is about 5 years old. It's really changed over the years especially with the cash shop items. Thank god I i never bought those, really not worth for real bucks... Gaia has always been a great place to get back into drawing with the commission work there.

feel free to add/ pm me if you like :qh: : Kookishin
