Moving stuff you know you're not keeping does sound aggravating! It would be tempting to drop it all off at a donation place.

I fully intend to fill at least one box with stuff to give away. I have way too much stuff and its time I let go of things I haven't picked up in months, or even years!

What I usually do is I will look up stuff that I want to make, then I will use that design and alter it to fit my purposes. Though I have made my own designs before. It's a little difficult because my grid paper doesn't match up to the pegs on the board. So it goes a little wonky. Lol.

I remember you talking about perler art before! I didn't realize you were using that to make the ornaments. I'm not sure why but I tend to imagine ornaments as more 3-D sculpture sort of things, but flat ones would naturally work too, not sure why that didn't occur....

Yep yep. Perler for everything. Lol. There's pretty much no limit to what you can do as long as you have enough boards, beads, and patience.

This is the first time I'm moving, lived with my parents in their house for all my life until now! :P

I moved out 2 years ago. I don't regret it.

That's exciting! Being out of the parents house is great.

I moved out in 2010 I believe. It's been a while. Lol. I like living in a house with my husband. Our rules!

Light, can you create different perler designs and then stack them and bond them together so they slowly build up to a 3-D sculpture sort of thing? Or is it always only along the same plane?

I'm sure I'll enjoy it as soon as I'm really settled in, right now its just a lot to arrange and I can't really enjoy it yet c':
