Actually I don't think so :/..
I've seen them go for about 9k-10k just for one wig in the marketplace.
I knew 7k would be reasonable because that's how much a fc used to cost.

Hm, yes, I haven't seem them selling for lower.
Maybe it's just me, but I'd rather pay a bit more for an FC -even an overpriced one- and get the whole set instead of paying 7k for one of four items.
But, well, it could be just me because I'd like to collect the whole set after all ^^
