I like cinnamon and I like chocolate, but I don't fancy them together. I found a recipe for some homemade protein bars that combined the two. I omitted the cinnamon the next time I made them and they were amazing.

I have a pretty wide palate for teas. But I don't like teas with milk in them.

The medicinal herbal teas is all that helps me get over colds and sinus infections. OTC medication just drags it out for several weeks. I'll drink just about any tea, hot or cold, but it has to have at least a little sugar in it. I can't take any tea straight.

I have my teas with honey, and that's nice for the throat, especially if it's like a ginger lemon tea. The ginger, lemon and honey combination is great during a cough/cold.
