Can't sleep for whatever reason

Couldn’t sleep either last night. I was sweating all night but my feet were freezing. And it wasn’t that hot last night and I had my fan on. So I have no idea why I was having a hot flash but cold feet. 8u

I don't feel like I slept the best last night either. I think I need to take my nose spray, allergies acting up.

I’ve been following the news for the death of Queen Elizabeth 2. After all, she’s still a big thing in Canada.

I had a really bad case of coughs last night. Could barely breathe and I was like heaving. QnQ
