it lasts until June 4th, so the announcement says. :)
I really love the theme of it!
(And am hoping that Her Ugliness re-releases the "BeeBee" Wild Knuffel at some point during the event!)

Oh, that's good!
I have both bee finger pets and both lips now.

I was just told about a really neat illustrator, but I can't find any books she's done in a language I speak, lol. So then becomes the question, do I track down the books anyhow just for the illustrations? Or miss out because it's a little silly to hang on to books i can't read?

I would not buy the books if I do not speak the language they are written in. Or I would learn the language xD
Oh, I have 33 bees in total right now. I think the bees are quite difficult to get..

I'm cheap, so I hardly ever buy books unless it's at a fill a bag sale! I look for it at the library first. If they have it, I get it. If they don't and I don't care that much, that's the end of it. If they don't but I really want it, then I wishlist it on paperbackswap.

Yes, but, art....
Sometimes I buy children's books as though they were art prints, just because the illustrations are so gorgeous. And the book is not as important in those cases because you're really buying the art....
(There's a number of online sources for used-books which is where I find a lot of my things when I'm looking for something in particular. Library is great for books I want to read, but not books I want to own so I can just look at them over and over... grab bag sales are wonderful for finding new things and general reading habits but when looking for specific stuff tend not to be very useful; so it's all about used book stores!)
Although..
paperbackswap, is that like Bookmooch?

I'm not familiar with Bookmooch. On Paperbackswap you list books that you're willing to send other people. You pay shipping. Then you get a credit. And each credit can be redeemed for a book. So basically trading but you don't have to trade with one person. You can send your book to Person A and get a different book from Person B.
