It would be almost magical if they learned to climb down too xD
I always found it so amusing, they climb up so easily and then they are so frightened when they have to climb down.

I heard it's because the shape of the cat's claws.
Since they curve down, it's easy for them to climb up, but also hard for them to climb down.

That could be the reason indeed.
But anyway, how many times do you need to climb up the same tree to realize you really don't know how to climb it down? XD
When I had cats they always had problems with the very same tree. Silly cuties.
