Well, the dentist told me he could probably fix some of my teeth but I will lose them in the not so distant future.
So until then, I can just try to salvage what's left.
Though my teeth are brittle and tend to break off xD
I don't even know what food will be okay or what food will break my teeth.
Like I broke a tooth on a sprinkle.
A cupcake sprinkle.

I once broke a tooth biting my nails. I felt to silly, I
should not bite my nails and see where it led me! kind of silly.
But with a sprinkle sounds nearly impossible.

I haven't bitten my nails since I was a kid.

That's a bad habit I never managed to get rid of.
I don't bite them much, but when I'm anxious I just can't avoid it.

oh yeah, i bite my nails too. my mom calls it childish and i'm older now, i should stop. but........i just can't aaaaaaaaah. like you, i bite them when i'm nervous.

You know what made me stop? My dad told me that biting your nails causes bits and pieces that you don't spit out to get stuck in your appendix and can shred it and possibly kill you 8u
I just believed him and stopped biting my nails xD
A lot of kids get parasites called pinworms and their eggs can get caught under fingernails and since a lot of kids bite their nails, they ingest the eggs and get infested 8u
Wanna know how I learned that? My sister had them. We told her a million times to wash her hands and don't bite her nails. She didn't listen for a long time so the worms did go away but always came back. We did get rid of them, though and she hasn't had them since.
The eggs can be on anything - even an animal and if you pet the animal and bite your nails - you can get them.
