I looked in Transaction Log in the Trading Vault multiple times, We only had one trade on 15th, it says the trade was completed and I do remember sending that trade and calculating the price and updating the material list afterwards. Try looking your Transaction Log. And most of all try completing the quest, it is impossible that the mats weren't transfered
