I volunteer at the library and do what they tell me. But most of what I do do is to do with family history stuff when they need things photocopied and stuff.

But other things I have done is 'weed' out old books, so from a list printed go through and take out those books if they're there and take out a few others if I think they are too tatty looking or haven't been borrowed in quite a while.

Also I was going through this list of all the people who are library members and removing those on the list. That took a good few weeks.. but I finally finished it. :D

I've done a few other things too like uh scanning books in or small jobs for the staff. :3 tedious things that need doing.

but now I'm on a break from it cause of tafe ending soon, and they're also getting new paid workers in so it's chaotic also new pc system installed so that's chaotic and coming up to end of year stuff. So basically if I was there I'd be in the way.

Just a note; I won't be able to visit kofk for the next few days as I'll be on a citytrip with my friends. Everyone is free to post to get added to the list when I return (that'll probably be Monday)

Ah I did a summer job in my local library and that was also just at the time they got a new pc system. It was a lot of work but I did enjoy working there, it was peaceful :P
