lt does take a while to get healthy. I'ts been a few years since I started trying to be healthier and i'm still not where I wanna be yet

My main vice and one of the things I know would give me a far healthier body if I could cut down on it is soda c':

but knowing is half the battle haha and usually I can only maintain a short period of time where I decide to crack down on it. Then I crack and go back to drinking a liter a day. Why does everything else just not taste as good?? T3T

I have times that I can really think 'ok this week I'm only going to drink one glass of soda, rest of the day will be water' but I can only get myself to stick to the time period, after that I go right back to the opposite of soda soda soda and one glass of something else like orange juice in the morning or such c':

soda's addicting though isn't it? I rarely drink it anymore because of how much sugar is in it. Have you ever seen people hold up a glass half full of sugar and say 'This is what you are drinking'? I know it's obvious, but when you actually see it for what it is right in front of you it's quite shocking and makes it easier to not drink it

I rather drink things with sugar than those chemical sweeteners.(right word?)
But I rarely have sodas at home, so drinking more water.^^

When we buy soda it ginger ale.^^
