that's a lot. if i make tea, my teabag is usually enough for maybe 1-2 steeps (i have some empty teabags or i use a tea strainer). afterwards, i just throw more hot water in but there's barely any taste left. if i use a pot, i also only really drink 2 cups. xD;;

I tried drinking non caffeine before, I saw absolutely no change so I didn't see the point and didn't change a thing about my habits.
But honestly I could go up to 6 before so it's an improvement. I definitely should drink less though.
