I'm on most of the sites, but I really only chat on Menewha and rp wherever. There aren't a lot of the old sites left though so I've taken to chatting in more places.

I feel like people are using forums a lot less too. I'm mostly here for the avis anyway

Social media is just different. *le sigh* I'm old and stuck in my ways though. I don't want to move to the new hot spots, even things like discord. I hate learning how to use new sites.

I stick to older types of Forums. The newer ones are a bit too fancy. Simple is better.

i don't really like social media. chat forums are okay. but actual social media stuff like twitter or facebook, not so much.

i use discord but only to check on updates for light novels or mangas that i'm reading.

I don't mind new stuff.
What really bothers me is how it feels that text is disappearing. Especially long text.

That and I don't feel so attached to the Internet as I was before. Guess I grew up.

Sometimes i think English as a language is degenerating, what with all the short hand and slang we use these days...xD;;

I don't see it as much as I see it in French. (because I'm French)
English doesn't have much strange spellings that need remembering but French is awful, way too many rules to think about it.

Besides, languages are something that is bound to evolve, I don't mind short hands and slang as much as I mind spelling mistakes.

It's not even the language itself but the simple fact of writing. Like, many people don't know how to do it anymore.
