Salads are indeed delicious. I'm not fond of overly salted cucumber salads though. They are such a "fresh" vegetable, they need a light touch with seasoning, not to be drowned in sauce... oh but I adore those blanched-cabbage salads with the popped mustard seeds and the tangy yoghurt topping. Whatever those are called.

(and I can swim. I just am in terrible shape so my stamina isn't that great. But I can swim.)

Sometimes.. depends on the oil it's fried in, my mood, how oversalted it got, etc.
I'm picky about fried foods, so yeah, in general...
