Do the cons produce a lot of wear and tear on your costumes?

Depends on the costume, but my Rakan does start to show small signs of 'worn all day at a con' after a while c':

Usually small details though, I've luckily never had a prop fully break or such.

Right now I need to refasten a velcro strip in one of my braces, check if my cape feathers are still stitched on tight enough (capes and people's feet never mix well) and check my left foot for the claws. Might need to apply more glue to the middle one cause it was wiggling a bit last convention and I don't want to lose a toe haha

I actually don't miss that.

One aspect of living rural, while there is a bus service it's just easier for me to walk.
