Remember when we guys talked about browsers in the other thread? Well chrome started acting weird for me and kept crashing kofk all the time -.- all I could manage was collect my tokens (yey for keeping the streak ^o^)
When I tried browsing the forums or anything else it froze completely -.-
Very annoying
So I'm trying out brave now. Let's see how it goes ^^

Really? It didn’t do that for me. I did have trouble trying to use another site but that’s been fixed now.
Actually, my chrome on mobile now has a dark mode that I never got for it lol. So now I can use a dark mode of kofk on my mobile chrome app. Lol

It's super weird. Not really sure what the issue is but I'm glad you don't experience the same.
Does kofk look different for you on dark mode? For me it always looked the same even though my search page and everything was dark... Maybe it wasn't a real dark mode, idk ^^°

If you had to suddenly switch browsers, were you able to save any of your settings or bookmarks or did you have to start over entirely?

It doesn’t lol. But on the chrome app, on mobile, once the sun sets, there’s an extra “dark mode” option in the “…” settings drop down for each tab. Although I do have an app called Darker on mobile, it only works for safari. The dark mode isn’t perfect (it turns most of kofk into a dark purple) and there might still be parts of the site that haven’t changed color. But it’s better than nothing.

yeah. i just checked my mobiles chrome and i was right, if you go to the "..." drop down, there's an option to use "Auto Dark Mode". i'm pretty sure i don't have any other app that can change settings for mobile chrome app so it might be a new thing built in. xD so you can try and see if you can use this auto dark mode lol..

I'm not sure where such choices might be on a laptop.

Perhaps in the display settings, where the screen saver options used to be?

I'd have to dig around, and being honest? I'm far too lazy to trouble with it at the moment. Tech stuff is pretty stressful for me, and I'm more interested in a serene break just now.

I do too but I also use a mobile device to play games a lot. Sometimes I won’t even use my laptop for a day or more and just do everything I need on mobile.
Besides, I’m pretty sure it’s only on the mobile app for google chrome. If you want a dark mode on your laptop chrome, just download an extension to get dark mode. Lol

I don't use chrome, though, so if that's the only method, it's a fruitless quest, lol

Do you tend to use the darkmode option all the time, or just after sunset?
