I'm pretty sure it does. My shinys have stayed shiny when they evolved. I don't know why Nincada would be any different.

Really? O: Technically Shedninja is the shell of the Nincada. Sure, if you evolve a shiny, the form afterwards would also come out as a shiny...xD but Nincada is a bit of a special case, since you got two pokemon on evolving it...XD
But I guess we'll see...I have no idea myself...XD

I went and evolved my Nincada and I must say, having a sparkly gold Ninjask is quite nice.
And yes, my Shedinja is a shiny.
I figured that logically, that should be the case, but it's nice to have proof. c:

I have made it up to level 17 in Pokemon Go. I caught my first CP 900+ today. Soon I shall be taking over Gyms! Mwahahahahaha!!!

Only level 13 in pokemon go. Haven't been playing it religiously x3 I just like hatching eggs and catching the odd pokemon.
Also pre ordered pokemon moon owo so excite! I get a figurine with it as well.

I keep running out of pokeballs in GO because I don't get many chances to hit stops. >.>
But I've been keeping up on Sun and Moon information and I adore the Alola forms that some of the pokemon are getting. And I really like how many ghosts are showing up. =u= Ghosts are my favorites and we've got those neat sandcastle ones. New and interesting type combinations~~.
