I’m Chinese so it’s like a staple to eat rice every day lol.

But rice is full of starches and sugars. So I usually do half and half. Half rice, half millet or red rice or brown rice which have less starches and sugars.

I’ve been to Hong Kong and that’s about it lol. I have family there. Used to go more often when i was just a kid but now airfare is like $$$$.

That's awesome that you've been to Hong Kong, when I was a kid I remember hearing that there was some kind of drama and Hong Kong was no longer a country or something but I didn't really understand really. Maybe I'm misremembering lol

I've always wanted to travel. Not just Asia, but anywhere! lol

I think HK used to be a British colony? And HK didn’t want China to take over bc theyre like a communist country? Anyways, it’s all political stuff. I think now China owns HK but lotsa ppl are not pleased.
