I don't know if it's region specific but a lot of cheesecake do indeed have a splash of lemon juice inside them. And I hate that.

Well, "can't" might be a little strong. It's more like "shouldn't". Or perhaps "doctor gets mad at me when I do". But sometimes it's just worth it. Like today, honestly.
