Well, it's at the big grocery store which we rarely go to and I didn't ask her to buy me sushi - she did it on her own and bought the wrong kind.
It's surprisingly good xD

i've seen medium rare chickens that some Japanese restaurants have, but only the pro pro professionals do it :x kind of want to try that
