I got really annoyed after telling the story again and I decided to open a dispute with PayPal, since I paid through there. I figured I could just demand a refund through there instead of waiting for the company to reply.
... Next morning, the package showed up X'D
I kind of feel like leaving the dispute though, after all it was so late and I still don't believe they really shipped it the first two times~

tbh I would definitely still leave the dispute up. Its a clear signal that even with the package eventually arriving, the whole lack of service and communication was still not done. They deserve consequences for that kind of bad business o;
