I have to have a bank for my child support and care provider pay. The city provides it for me.

Nope. I do that myself. I watch how I spend and how much.

Yep. I've had years of practice. When your poor you have too watch real closely to how you spend. Plus I used to shop constantly with my parents so they'd show me how to shop.
