Currently I have some Nightmare Before Christmas songs, Bogey Wail, Monster Mash, Don't Go Down To The Quarry, Have You Seen The Ghost of John, Anne Boleyn, The House is Haunted... I don't remember the others.

Chinese radio does news every half hour and even reports weather and oil prices. But the news is either local or HK/China. There might be other international news but I usually just ignore it.

The playlist had a lot of weird things for sure. Random songs that had vampire or zombie in the title managed to make their way in. The Ghostbusters theme and Grim Grinning Ghosts are my favorite additions though.

Sounds interesting. I would kinda like to know what constitutes as a “Halloween” song lol. Or Halloween playlist. XD

Well Evanescence was like back in my high school years, my goth punk artsy friend was the one who introduced them to me. Also was the one who introduced yaoi to me lol. XD

I feel like kpop has a serious corner on the Halloween market with songs like Ateez's Black Cat Nero and Twice's TT. I wish those would show up on playlists more! Actually, I just wish work had more kpop in general... >.>

The word "yaoi" bothers me though because I can't figure out how it ought to be pronounced. Words borrowed from other languages don't follow the typical pronunciation trends to begin with, and even if it did, I'm not sure how to go about it.
It's annoying to have a word in my vocabulary that I can't actually use because I can't figure out how to say it.
It's tricky. So many vowels in a row, where does the stress go? Does it all elide together? Are we looking at diphthongs or carefully separated enunciation? I don't know where to start.
