Well, I have a house next door.
I could live there alone.
But Mom is talking about moving in it.
And my dad currently lives there.

Yeah.
It looks like I might need to rent an apartment.
But I don't get enough money to do that.
And Mom claims I can't take care of myself so I can't live alone.

Then you should be able to live by yourself. If you can get a job in your area then you might be able to afford an apartment.

I already get $700 a month.
I'm not sure if a part time job would get me that much.

I work part time and earn about $130-$150 a week.
