I on the other hand tend to splurge on clothes.
Because I hate going shopping (and clothes online shopping does not work for me, I need to try them on) I try to go as little as I can.
I prefer durable clothes that may last many years than cheap ones than would last only a few.

I used to have this mindset only with shoes, but I've expanded it to clothes.
And truth is in the long run I'm saving up money. Because I buy so much less.


But I'm very particular to spending in leisure.
As I said, I don't like games which are meant to have many catchy little spending offers - I feel like I would end up spending too much.
And that kind of spending does not sit well with me.

Kinda back again. :) We went to a tiny wine festival last night, a friend of us was there with his own wine and it was just cute. Not too many people, some music, nice weather and nice people. :)

They were actually saving us for something for the church? So we had to buy a glass for charity, also the coupons for drinks were for charity. Loved it. <3

Anything new going on here? I didn't read back all the posts this time... Something about spending? I found some Christmas gifts on FB marketplace, my husband picked it up. It'll need a wash, but I think the little one will enjoy it. :)

I went to a wine fest a few weeks ago myself! I love wine tasting. Does anyone else?

I do actually. :) Few years ago we went quite regularly to dinners, where the chef would make a dish that complemented the wine. Good times. We usually went with the same group, we've had some really good pairings. <3

I wasn't even talking about it, not even thinking, so it was kinda random and it still came up. It does remember I sometimes search for lego's, so dunno. It was in a neighbour town, so easy enough to pick up. I'm just happy I don't have to think of something anymore, only need to find a big box.

I've never been to a wine festival.
I'm not sure I've ever seen any announced. But if I did I would not go - I don't like wine.


I hardly ever check facebook marketplace, it's quite overwhelming.
But it's the fastest place for selling certain kind of things. I did sell some furniture and baby stuff, and I found buyers quite quickly.


So how does that work?
You are in a chat with friends and the app automatically picks up words and creates and ad?

Where I live there is a local town that puts on a wine fest, and wine vinyards from the surrounding area put up a booth. And basically it's like an endless amount of wine tasting. They had the even this year and I bought 20bittles of wine. But last year it got cancelled cause if Rona, which was annoying.

Yes there are things for beer too. Like that wine fest i was talking about they do a giant beer tent w local craft beer too.
