...The type A bio does not fit me.
My dad never called me by my registered name either, come to think of it. Neither did any of his family. Or my mom.

Moi-Thanks.

It's pretty cool. I haven't been camping in 20 or so years. O.O I'm just excited to go swimming and horseback riding while I'm there.
I'm not sure what all the rules are. You could probably google it or call the red cross and ask them. I haven't donated in a long time. The last time I went they didn't watch me close enough because they were doing too many people at once and they let me stop bleeding. It was just sucking me dry and left a huge black bruise. I was pretty mad at them. XD It only happened the one time so I probably overreacted.

I can't do the organ donation thing. It creeps me out. *shudders* I know I'll be dead but....ewww. XD
Kind of. You could also have a combination of the two. I can't remember which one, but one of my parents is A- and the other is B-. I wound up AB- which happens to be the rarest. I think only 7% of the world's population has it. I'm not exactly sure how O pops up. I think sometimes it pops up even if neither parent has it? I'm not sure. Then there's the RH factor (negative blood types) to consider, especially when pregnant. I had to take a series of shots while I was pregnant because I didn't know my son's father's blood type. It's a good think I did because I'm RH negative and the dad wasn't. I only know that because my son wound up with B positive. My body could have rejected my son.
It just grosses her out and then she gags. XD She sounds like a sick donkey.
Awww. XD I was even worse.

I used to make my mom sew tails on my pants. My poor mom. XD
Yeah. Poor little guy. He was so tired last night and out of sorts that he didn't come upstairs until this morning. I tried to get him to let me play with him last night but he wouldn't get up. Sometimes vaccines do that to them. He should be all better sometime today or tomorrow though.
That's a cool chart but it only partially describes me.
I liked to fish when I was little. I got tired of not catching anything and I hate to hurt the fish. Plus, if I'm anywhere near trees I usually hook a branch and my dad gets crabby when he has to fix my line. XD
Altica-XD That's not a bad idea. Or at least breed more people with the universal type.
You're very welcome.

No problem. I'm usually very good about replying every day but lately, I've just been so busy and too tired to chat when I have time.

I love Discovery! I've thought about it too and some may wind up doing that but only rich people would get to go. It would be very expensive. I wouldn't mind visiting but I wouldn't want to live on a space station anyway. It just seems so...cold and sterile.
Tam-Shortened names and nicknames usually stick before a child is even old enough to talk. I'm sure that's what happened with you. My son had a million nicknames by the time he was 2 or 3. XD We still called him by his name too, probably because it's not very long to begin with.

Rayven: Well, to be fair, I am an Agoraphobic shut-in so I don't get out much. Especially camping 8u
It'd have to be cool out, though. I ain't going without AC when it's warm xD
I'm...scared of horses 8u;
You know, I'm Anemic...I wonder if I could give blood...
I'll look it up online 8u
When I went to the ER one time, they had to put an IV in my hand, which was horrific btw, and blood just squirted out onto the floor xD
As I see it, I'll be dead so I don't need my organs.
If my kidney(s) can save a little kid's life, I'd love it.
If my eye(s) can save an artist's greatest passion, I'd love it.
If my lung(s) can save a dying mother with kids, I'd love it.
That's really cool. I love learning about genetics and how human bodies work x3
Dammit I need to know my blood type >8u
I have to make a doctors' appointment so I'll ask the doctor about it.
>XD
You know what a sick donkey sounds like 8u
Awww little bby 8,u
OH, we named the little black kitten Poe :3
My sister thought of it u8
I remember when I was a kid, I caught the prettiest fish I've ever seen.
My grandpa had left me there alone and I couldn't get it off the hook so it died.
I wanted so bad to put it back in the water, but I was little and didn't know how to unhook it :\
I actually have a picture of me holding some fish my grandpa and I caught :3
This is the picture 8u
Tam: Really 8u
I'll never forget my dad saying he wanted to name me Crystal Beth xD
I wonder if he would have really named me that...

I'm a body donor, so nobody has to pay to bury me. Plus, all that crud they pump into bodies is just toxic waste, and I don't want it. After the doctors in training are done cutting up the corpse I used to be in, it'll be cremated.

Can you be an organ donor and a body donor 8u
Or do you kinda need all your organs for that xD
I don't even know what I want done with my body.
My aunt bought me a burial plot without asking me.
Like I don't even get a choice on what I want to happen to my dead body >__>

You need to donate all the body for a body donor. Because it's going to be a cadaver for the young doctors in training to learn how to operate on. My doctor about hugged me when she found out what I'd done, but my social worker was like, "You better talk to your doctor!" with the attitude of "WHYYYYYY????"
Good grief. *shakes head*

O_o
But isn't it good to donate your body?
I know people donate bodies for help in Forensics.
Yup Bu
My dad doesn't want to be buried.
He has a fear of being buried alive.
He told me he had reoccurring nightmares as a kid of being buried alive.
He said he wants to be cremated but have his ashes planted with a tree.
I told him that I'd do that, but if the tree dies - it'll kill me.

Some people just get really wigged out about your body being disrespected or something. Or they think you need the body after you're dead or something.
Awww. Easy. Plant him a cottonwood. Those suckers are nearly indestructible.

Moi-XD But you have to get out. There's so much to see!

I know what you mean though and I started getting like that, but I'm trying to do better.
Neither will my dad. That's why we have a gigantic RV. XD They're not so bad. You just have to stay away from their hindquarters and move slowly like you would around a stray. Most horses are super skittish, even the tame ones. Fast jerky movements are a no-no. I love petting them, they feel like velvet.
No, you can't. You'd have to get that under control first. They almost didn't let me donate once because I was borderline but they decided to let me donate. They must have really wanted my blood. XD
IVs anywhere but in the crook of the arm are horrible. I've never had blood squirt, but I've had them bruise me really bad and they're more painful when put anywhere else.
I know you're right. I guess it's just a phobia I have. I'm proud of you and Tam for doing it though.
It is fascinating.

I'm sure they'll be able to help you.
No, but I can imagine. XD
Poe. That is adorable!

She's a brilliant kid that one.
Awww. I have one of those stories too. I was fishing with my mom and grandma when I was around 5 but my grandma was the only one who knew what she was doing. I caught a fish when she went to the bathroom and it flopped off the line and went back into the water. It was a good one and I was soooo mad at my mom. XD Wow! You were so adorable and such big fish!
Oh my goodness. I'm so glad he didn't name you that. People would have thought you were trying to say crystal meth with a stuffed up nose. XD
Tam-The thought of being embalmed creeps me out too. I'd rather just be put straight into the ground but I read that most cemeteries don't allow that. I'd have to find a "green" cemetery and I don't believe we have any of those around here. I'll probably check into it eventually.
Maybe your doctor acted like that because they don't have enough bodies to practice on? Or maybe she just appreciated how selfless you're being.

I dunno why the doctor did, but she was really grateful and approving.
It's fun to sit and ignore a horse. Suddenly this big nose comes to see if you're real (I don't think I've done that myself, but I've seen it). Also fun to give them corn husks (done this).
