Also, to all those who prefer to sleep over everything else:
I had that as well. As teen, I slept super long. And when I was studying, there was a time when I could sleep 12 hours a day. And then my doctor found out I had Iron deficieny. I got iron pills and half a year later, I only needed like 6 hours a night and I never again fell asleep during lectures :‘)

That's nice that you don't sleep during lectures haha I kinda have the opposite problem- I need help to sleep (but once I'm asleep I sleep)
