I change it once or maybe twice a month :)

Probably most often once every week or 2. Sometimes a bit more often, depending on my enthusiasm for new items, or the season.

Once or twice a month. I usually only get new items when the MT comes out, then I try to use it later on. . .
Besides that, I'm not creative enough to make a lot of avis, nor do I have the time to change it often anymore either.
