It depends on the task. If I've never done it before, it could be exciting or intimidating depending on what it is. If I have done it before, it could be mechanical/boring or comforting/familiar or even fun- depending on what it is.

I'd need to consider what exactly we're talking about but generally, the appeal is increased. I enjoy trying new things.

A few particular exceptions are sky diving, bungee jumping, and roller coasters that go upside down.

of course it depends, but i'd say decrease too. not because of anxiety, but i know i like to consider myself an adventurous person, when in reality i alternate between the same three types of pasta every day
