i'm gonna be real with you chief, i would not be saving my crappy father over the only person who's ever cared about me.

I dont have a best friend. So I would definitely save my dad. He means the world to me.

Pretty sure my dad would tell me to let him die... I would probably give him the shot though, because I'm pretty sure my friend has a higher chance of surviving until someone comes to help.

My dad would want me to save my friend, and then do what he could to survive the bite cuz hes weird like that.

in all seriousness, I'd have no idea? maybe try to split it with each of them until help arrives? or I'd freeze, because... they're in a pit with tons of snakes and I'm terrified of needles
